Blackberry Witbier
So a few weeks ago I said I was working on a way to infuse Sam Adams Blackberry Witbeir into a dish of some kind. Well I conceptualized my dish and I am more than excited to try it out. I was thinking of making a blackberry sauce with the beer and spooning it over sliced pork tenderloin. Maybe a asparagus salad on the side? Shaved almonds? Post a comment if you have any suggestions on that one. I'll need to pick up the groceries for it, but expect to see this dish posted before I leave for spring break next weekend. Peace n love.
